Crystal Bed Sessions
The Crystal Bed has seven highly polished clear Vogel cut quartz crystals that are suspended approximately 12 inches above you when you lie down. Each crystal has been cut to a specific frequency and is aligned above one of the major seven energy centers, or chakras. A light radiates healing energy through each crystal and pulses in a specific vibration to clear, balance and align your energy centers.
PREPARING FOR A SESSION
Many people choose to wear white or light clothing, but that is not essential. It helps to spend some time preparing for your session with quiet reflection or meditation so that you can come with a personal intention for your own healing physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.
You will remove your shoes, metal jewelry and crystals and lie down on a massage table. A small white cloth will be placed over your eyes. The pulsating lights shining through the crystals will be adjusted to align with your seven major chakras or energy centers.
AFTER THE SESSION
You will be given a small amount of blessed water to help you integrate and stay connected to the healing. For the next 24 hours you are encouraged to drink a lot of water to continue the releasing and clearing process begun in the Crystal Bed session. Be sure you are grounded before you leave the room. You may want to walk around the neighborhood before driving in your car. The healing will continue to deepen throughout the day.
